Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Please note that we only offer returns on "change of mind" goods, if the item has been unopened, unwashed, unused and in their original packaging at the shipping cost of the purchaser.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email email@example.com with subject "ATTN: RETURNS." In the email, include your 1) order number, 2) the items you would like to return, and 3) why you would like to return the item/s. Someone will get back to you within 2 business days with a Return Authorization number.
Please do not send any returns without first receiving a Return authorization number.
Please send any accepted returns, along with the original receipt emailed to you. Please write your Return Authorization Number provided to you. Please circle or highlight the item being returned, and on the back please specify as to why you'd like a return. A full refund minus a 10% restocking fee for the product being processed will be given.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit minus a 10% restocking fee will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
As Salty Locals is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
All pricing worldwide is in USD. Orders shipping to a Florida address are subject to sales tax calculated by the shipping address. Salty Locals reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice. Salty Locals Online uses IP Address based Geo-Location to show location based pricing and charges. This affects currency selection and taxes. Transactions not completed naturally, either by design or by mistake, Salty Locals reserves the right to cancel the order or charge the excess due to the result of the scenario.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Yes. Please email email@example.com to cancel or modify your order before it ships. Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Your order will be dispatched within two business days. Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the shipper. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received we can't alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend. If the product was marked with 'pre-order' your item will ship automatically when in stock and you will be sent tracking emails on the day of dispatch. Country of outlet is USA.
Customers are responsible customs charges if applicable.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If the items you are order are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 4 business day. During sale events there may be delays on your order being shipped out.
HOW WILL TAX BE CALCULATED?
Orders shipping to Florida will be charged sales tax.
CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX?
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or Hotels.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ITEM?
Once you order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order. All orders within the USA are sent via USPS Priority and take 3-5 business days to arrive. If you select our Express Courier service, your order will be shipped with either UPS or Fedex and take 1-2 business days to arrive.
All orders outside of the USA are shipped via our International Courier and take 7-14 business days to arrive. Once your order arrives in your country, it will be handed to your local postal service and you will be able to track your order in more detail with them.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS & DUTIES?
Yes, all international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Salty Locals is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
